Meeting Request - Invalid E-mail to Recipients

I was wondering if others are experiencing a problem when
sending meeting requests to attendees from office xp to
office 2000.

One person seesm to be getting a "standard" e-mail
message whereas others are getting the actual meeting
request. In addition, the person is able to send me
meeting requests and sometimes request do come through to
his inbox.

Any ideas?
