Meeting request populates 1 hr earlier than original time.

If i send the user a meeting request for 3pm. it shows up that way in her
email but when she double clicks it it puts it in as 2pm in her calendar.
Time zone is set properly.

any ideas?

Betcha that one of you has daylight savings time and one of you has standard
time. One of you has the checkbox checked for automatically adjusting the
clock for daylight savings and one doesn't.

At least, that's what we have. I haven't figured out a way to fix the
recurring appointments, other than deleting them, fixing the time, and
re-entering them. There's another post that gives some kb links on
exporting appointments, but if the time is wrong on some computers, how will
that help there? Plus, you lose the recurring aspect of the appointment, so
if they are wrong, each will have to be fixed individually.
