When a meeting request is sent to attendees the meeting is supposed to show
up as "tenative" on their calendar until they accept/decline the meeting.
During our testing we have found that if Outlook is closed nothing gets put
on the calendar until Outlook is re-opened. This makes the free/busy time
wrong and causes scheduling problems while a person is out of the office. Is
there a setting or fix I am unawre of or is this the way it is supposed to
work?
We are using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 SP1
Thanks for your help
