Meeting request sent to wrong recpients

We've recently developed the problem of unintended recipipents getting
meeting requests. These erroneous requests ask the recipient to accept on
behalf of someone.

I have checked the Tool -> Options in OL and no one is a deleagate. I have
also ckechked the Delivery Options for each user an no "Send on behalf"
optins are set.
