I have created new meeting request form, but I don't know
how to place it in Outlook.
Does anyone know who to change default meeting request in
Outlook 2000 with customized one?

Go to www.slipstick.com and search on "default", without the quotes.
One of the result set items will show you how to change the default
forms.
