Meeting Request Times are Different

We have been seeing a problem with the meeting requests. It seems that when a meeting request is created at a certain time, some of the people in our office get it and the time for the meeting one hour off. All the computers and server are set to the correct time, time zone and have Daylight Saving adjustment checked. Any thoughts
