Meeting request trashed

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Has there been any solutions to Meeting Requests being trashed when they have been accepted? I need them to remain in my IN BOX until I decide to trash them. I haven't been able to find a way to stop them from being trashed and am still looking for a solution.

I posted this question months ago but haven't found any indication that it had been addressed.
