Meeting Request update in Mail Box Calender

We have configured our company mail boxes in such a way that all of the incoming mails get archived in a local pst.

1)When some one sends a meeting request to others it gets updated in outlook archived calender. Not in User Mail Box calender.

Is there any way that we can forward these meeting requests updates to the Mail Box Calender so that people who have permission to view that could see it.



2)Is there way to share archived Calender
