Meeting requests appear to be sent to all contacts...

I have an exchange server set up for the office.. and several distribution
groups with in that. I find however that if I send a meeting request to
"Development" - The entire office gets it as well as accept notices and
declin notices.

Any way around this?

That's the first thing i checked. I then thought that perhaps another of
the groups was a "member of" Development - but no. I've been over it twice
and am still missing something.

Could it perhaps be an Outlook thing as opposed to exchange?

unless you have a DL in the contacts folder called Development, it's an
exchange issue.

It's in the global contacts list. Which is governed AFAIK by ADS and Exchange.

Would it be worth hiding it from contact lists and address books ?
