Meeting Requests Disappear from Calendar after Accepting

Hello,

I am running OUtlook 2003 Professional Edition and have installed Service
Pack 3. The problem I am having is that when I receive meeting requests from
colleagues they show up in my calendar until I "Accept" them. Once I accept
them and the invite is deleted from my email, the calendar listing for the
meeting disappears from my calendar.

I think the problem may be related to synchronization with my
Blackberry...because the meeting remains in my Blackberry celandar. I have
checked and calendar synchronization in the Blackberry Desktop manager is set
to synchronize both i.e., if it is in one, it should be in the other.

Any suggestions?
