We have Exchange Server 2003 SP2 with all clients using Outlook 2003
SP2. When setting up and sending meeting requests among users within
our environment (all users in Exchange 2003) everything works fine.
However, when a meeting request is sent to an external email address
the following happens:
-Internal recipients do not get the meeting request. They simply get an
email without text. With just the meeting name.
- External recipients get the meeting request fine.
Can anything be done to correct this?
