Meeting requests do give option to do anything....

Hi

I have a user that is running outlook 2003 on our network running exchange
2003. Most users can succesfully use meeting requests - however, if a
meeting request is sent to one particular user, he receives the email but it
doesn't show the accept, decline options.....it looks like this:

When: 12 November 2009 10:00-10:30 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin,
Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.
Where: Chris's diary

with the stars and bits at the bottom! I have tried to cleanfreebusy but it
didn;t work.

Any help gratefully received
