Hi All,
I know there is a post already for this but we would very much like to
resolve this issue or at least find the reason as to why this issue is
happening..... I am therefore refreshing the problem with a new post to try
and get a response.
The issue is a follows:
When a User running Outlook 2003 recieves a meeting request from an external
User it appears in Outlook as a standard e-mail. This is not specific to the
User but happens to quite a few Users within the organization. Seems to be at
present from external Users ONLY that the issue happens.
I have checked with the external User and they are using Outlook 2003 with
an Exchange server. So you would think this would be OK? When doing more
testing I have found that it seems to only happen also when sent to multiple
recepients. If the external User sends the request directly to the internal
User then it comes through correctly.
This is a very weird issue and would like to resolve it as you normally only
create meeting requests for multiple users anyhow. This is causing a lot of
frustration within the company.
If anyone has any ideas or solutions I can try please feel free to let me
know.
Many thanks in advance,
