Meeting requests not being received

When I create a meeting in my calender and invite attendees, the meeting
request is not being received by the attendees, despite it showing in my sent
file as having been sent without error.

Any ideas?

If it is in Sent Items, then it was sent and it's likely the problem is
external to Outlook. When you send your meeting requets, click
Actions>Forward as iCalendar and see if that makes a difference.
