meeting requests won't adhere themselves to calendar

When party A receives a meeting request from party B
sending on behalf of party C...party A cannot get meeting
request to adhere to there calendar..I did not have this
problem before giving Party A rights to Party C's mailbox
and calendar..is there a remedy for this without taking
party A's rights away? help...oh yes these are xp machines
on a 2000 network...Matt D>
