I'm on Exchange/Outlook 2007
When meeting requests are sent to resources they are set to automatically reply with either an accepted or rejected (if it's not available). Is there a way to set it so the meeting request won't send if the resources isn't available thus forcing the user to pick an available date/time? If you don't use the equipment/room labels it's possible but I'd like to switch resources to the equipment labels (currently they are users)
Alternatively, is there a way to remove the 'Rooms' button in meeting requests in outlook 2007?.
