Q
Question Boy
Hello,
I created a meeting request and e-mailed it out to different people. A
couple people said they got garbage which I checked and is the coded version.
Instead of getting a nisely formatted e-mail with voting buttons they got
BEGIN:VCALENDAR
PRODID:-//Microsoft Corporation//Outlook 11.0 MIMEDIR//EN
VERSION:2.0
METHOD:REQUEST
BEGIN:VEVENT
and so on
I then checked and found out they use Thunderbird to check e-mail. Is there
a way to send a meeting request that is universally accepted? Is there a
work around? or are meeting requests limited to Outlook only (which mean not
useable outside my own organization)?
Thank you,
QB
