I came across this issue just this morning, and need a
solution ASAP:
Our office manager sent a meeting request to approx. 40
users last week. This morning, she checked the "Tracking"
tab on the event in her calender to find out which users
had not responded yet, and send a message to them
reminding of the meeting request. Some of these users
responded that they had indeed accepted the meeting.
Upon checking, these users had a copy of the "Accepted"
message in their Sent Items folder, the event was
scheduled in their calendar, but yet it still showed their
response as "None" in the organizer's calendar event
tracking.
We are running Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000/XP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
