Meeting response not updated!

When someone accepts or declines a meeting request by me it is not updating
my calendar! It stills show's as Accepted when they decline...and vice
versa! Any thoughts??

We need more information...

What version of Outlook are you using?
Do you connect to an Exchange Server for email?
Are you receiving the responses from the attendees?
Do you open the response from the attendees?
