A colleague uses a shared calendar. She has Owner rights to the calendar.
When sending meeting requests, she gets two replies back when the recipient
accepts or declines the meeting. One says it is sent on behalf of her boss,
and that the meeting does not appear in the calendar (may have been deleted).
How do I set up Outlook so only one meeting response is received.
