Meeting responses only to assistant, not to calendar owner

I´m CEO´s assistant and I have permission to CEO´s calendar because I need to
make his calendar invitations directly from his calendar on his behalf. When
invited meeting participants accept invitations, these acceptances come both
to my and CEO´s email. CEO does not want these confirmations because he gets
too much emails anyway. How we can prevent acceptations coming to his email?
I still need to have those confirmations to my own email because I want to
see if people will accept or reject the invitations.
