There seems to be no way to identify to Outlook/Exchange that a meeting room
user is a "resource", so that it always comes up as a resource when you add
it to a list of recipients for a meeting. This means you have to change it's
status from "required", to "resource", or the pseudo user has to "accept" the
meeting.
There seems to be a way to set up a user to automatically accept all meeting
requests, but that's a weird Kludge. You have to set up outlook to point to
that user first, which is a lot of extra work. This should be a check box in
active directory.
