Meeting schedule sent to wrong person

When I schedule a meeting using Outlook 2003 and Exchange server 2003, all
of the intended users get the message calendar entry. But, in addition
another unintended user gets it as well. How can this happen?

The problem is solved. Here is the resolution:
USER1 had Delegates assigned in Outlook and had the Box checked that says
Delegates Receive Copies of Meeting Related Messages sent to me. One of
those delegates was user2. Whenever User1 responded to any meeting request
from user2 or Sent meeting requests to User2, the delegates received a
response that looked like it came from user2. Thankfully this is resolved.
