meeting time diffences

I have a meeting that displays a different time depending on the view
I have of the calander. If I look at the appointment in the Day/Week/
Month the start time shows as 11:30 am PDT. However when I look at the
same meeting in the All Meetings view it show a start time of 04:30 am
PDT. Additionally if I change the meeting time by opening the meeting
and entering a new time it moves on the Day/Week/Month view but the
All Meeting view still show the 04:30 PDT start time. I was invited to
this recurring meeting I did not create it my self. I can't find
anything in the MS KB and I hope someone on this group can help.
