Meeting Updates Glitch

I'm using Office XP Professional and my Outlook will
delete my meetings when I try and send an update. For
example, this morning I re-sent the meeting by
pressing "send update". The update had text that I wanted
all people invited to see. It appeared to work...everyone
got an update with the information they needed.
UNFORTUNATELY, right after it sent the update it sent a
cancellation notice with no prompt from me! To my
knowledge, you have to go the "actions" then "cancel
meeting" to cancel it....I NEVER did that! It just sent
an update and canceled the meeting???

Any ideas why this is happening?

Are you using Outlook 2003 or are you scheduling through
a delegate using Outlook 2003?

I was having an issue where I had a delegate running 2003
that had the exact issue you are complaining about. As
soon as I revved the delegate's client back to Outlook
2002 the issue stopped.
