Meetings and events off by one hour?

Chris

How do some meeting requests sent within the same building and on the same
server show up on individuals calendars off by one hour?

example: i send out the meeting for 4.00pm to 5 people and 3 of them get it
right and 2 of them it shows up at 3.00pm?

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Chris

Check the Time Zone settings in Outlook.

Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Click the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button
Click the TIME ZONE... button

There is also a little check mark in the time zone area
for DST (Daylight Savings Time). Check to see if that
should be on or off.

Also check your CONTROL PANEL | DATE/TIME
in windows.
