Meetings arrive in Inbox with Update Info - but there was never anupdate

Hi,

we have a strange problem here:

a. Steve sends a meeting request to Jack
b. Jacks secretary sees the meeting request 1 hour later (and the
request says "has been updated, see later meeting request or open
calendar)

There was never an update (and no related second message) at any time
- if you open the calendar, everything looks like the initial request
(no change to date and location).

Any guess?
