Meetings being sent to unauthorized user

Whenever someone sends a meeting invite to a specific user1, it also gets
sent to user2 as well. I have tested this out and have seen user2 get any
sent meeting invite as well as user1, even though user2 isn't on the invite
list. Currently they are both using Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007. I
thought maybe there is an issue with their accounts but I can find nothing
that looks different from anyone elses. Thanks for any help.
