Meetings in Outlook 2003 calendar have a string of question marks

Meetings in Outlook 2003 calendar have a string of question marks in the
subject line. But when you open the meeting in full view the subject line is
normal and the string of question marks disappear. Any thoughts on what could
be causing this? We have 3 executive admins that are expierencing this
problem. I have searched the Knowledge Base, TechNet, Forums, and the web but
I am unable to locate a fix or explanation on why this happens.
