Meetings in PWA: Is there a good doc on how to hold meetings in P

Is there a good doc on how to hold meetings in PWA? For instance, Scheduling
the meeting, taking meeting minutes, assigning action items, sending meeting
minutes to participants, and then, be able to go back to the meeting and
determine the events of that meeting vs another meeting. So, all action
items could be traced by meeting, etc.

If you are using SharePoint sites along with project server I'd suggest the
use of a meeting workspace within the SharePoint environment. You could have
a meeting workspace per meeting. Although I wouldn't suggest it if there are
alot of meetings. It would work well for quarterly reviews.

Hi Brad,
not sure what you mean from within PWA, but you can schedule a recurring
task within Project Pro and that will show as a task within PWA. Actions etc
can be managed via WSS or similar.
