Meetings Requests Being Forwarded

Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 environment.

One of my users is having a prolem. Whenever anyone sends him a meeting
request, it is being forwarded (without a copy ever being placed in his
mailbox) to another person in his team. His emails are fine.

I have looked through the rules he has set up and cannot find any which
would cause this behaviour.

Where else, and what else can I look at to try and solve this issue?

Thanks in advance

Yes, but the person receiving the request is not a delegate.
