I have an Exchange 5.5 Server with Outlook 2000 clients. I have one client computer that when receiving a meeting request the outlook client will click on the meeting in the inbox and the message will open but then it will sit for 45 seconds to 1.5 minutes indicating that it is checking the schedule for the appointment. Occasionally it will freeze the computer. I have checked other aspects of Outlook with sending, receiving email and attachments, setting up schedules, creating notes and even synchronizes with a Palm Pilot m515. It only appears to be this function. The client has good connection to the Exchange server and the network. I have reimaged the computer which means that it is a fresh install of Outlook.
