There are several series of meetings that need to be added to a number of
peoples calendars. Each year there seems to be some people who delete these
calendar notices, decline unintentionally, or something else happens to cause
them not to have it on their calendar.
I’m wondering if there is a way to add things to peoples calendars that
doesn’t give them the choice to accept or decline the notice. This would
eliminate several dozen people getting several dozen meeting notices and
lessen the chance for an error.
