Member already exists in an object module from which object derive

If anyone can decifer this error message for Microsoft when trying to load my
form, I will be much obliged "Member already exists in an object module from
which this object derives".

I am deeply appreciative. Your direction and the site you gave me a chance to
look at my code closely through which I made a new discovery!.. The same
error occurs when the variables are declared both within the sub and in the
Declaration area by "Option Explicit".

It is a relief.
