Member registration form

I have Frontpage 2000 and its members registration form is not what any
registered member could change it any time after registration, unless they
request me for it and I change it for them. Doesn't the Frontpage 2002 or 3
have such registration form in which my members who registered at my Church &
Party website could change their password, email etc after registering,
without contacting me for it?

You are describing a membership application which requires server side
scripting and database storage.
An asp.NET 2 video tutorial for this can be found at
http://www.jimcobooks.com , but this was created for Expression Web, not
FrontPage.

I suggest you google for "membership site" using whatever database and
server side scripting your server supports.
There is very little in FrontPage that will assist, but look at the
Database Results Wizard and Database Interface Wizard (DIW in FP2002 and
FP2003) - these require asp or asp.Net on Windows servers.
