Members Group

I would like to creat a members group that would allow new members to join
for a annual fee processed thru paypay. Then given a user name and password
to direct them to thier new account; Their account will include information
such as their demographics, uplink, downlink, and track the history of new
members they enroll as well as display monies do to them. If anyone can help
me I would very much appreciate your assistance.
