Membership Database

I'm currently trying to build a database for the public
radio station I work at for our first membership drive.
I've found a pretty good template online, but I need a
little more from it. The donations template is great,
but I need to add other things to it. In the
contributors section I need to show a target number for
memberships and how far we are from it at any given
time. The template only shows credit card payments, but
I need to also include check or cash as well. I also
need to generate a mailing list from the program. If it
could be set up so that I could print envelopes that
would be great too. There are several other things I
need, but this is a good start.
