Memo field truncated in a report

I need help with the bug in Access 2000 that truncates a
memo (which should be unlimited text) to 256 characters in
a report.

Are you sure this isn't happening in the report's record source query? You
should avoid phrases like "DISTINCT" and "GROUP BY" if you have memo fields.

Try the can grow & can shrink properties setting them to yes will fix your
problem
