My colleagues and I have used Microsoft Access 2000 for a number of years now
and recently we have noticed there appears to be a problem. When we are
running reports it has been noticed that one of the fields, which is a memo
field, is truncating when downloading to RTF format. Why this is I just don’t
know. When the report is sent to the screen you can see all the text, yet
when it is downloaded the field is truncating. This is not very good when we
are sending the reports out by email and you realise that some of the text is
missing. As this database is on a government network and therefore protected,
is there any code that we can insert that would make any memo fields display
in full when downloaded? TIA
