Memory error, Please help

Windows 2000 with latest service packs
Office 2000 Sp3

My users have started getting the following error and
getting kicked out of the application and access

The Instruction at "0x77fcc415" referenced memory at
0x9555995. The memory could not be read.

Please help

This only happens in MS Access.

Three suggestions:

- Use Tools... Database Utilities... Compact and Repair Database to be
sure there isn't some corruption in the database
- Reboot your PC (after closing Access of course)
- Run a memory diagnostic to be sure that it's not actually a problem
with the hardware
