Memory errors when accessing reports

I am running XP pro and Access 2K. When I try to open a
report for viewing, editing, or designing, I get a
variety of error messages. The most common is a memory
access error. I have reinstalled Office, closed all
applications and checked the KB to see if I could find a
solution. No Dice. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!
