Memory issues in Word

I get "insufficient memory" errors in Office XP,
specifically in Word, that lock up my application and I
can't save it. I have a 40 Gig hard drive and 384 Megs
of Ram. None of my other applications have this problem.

With Word XP I get insuf.mem. on my 200 page document

with 1.25GB of user RAM. I don't know either. Someone
said too many page breaks...duh.
