Memory issues with Excel 2010

I’m running Excel 2010 and I'm getting these messages:


A. “Out of Memory”
B. "Excel cannot complete this task with available resources"
C. "Not enough System Resources/Memory to Display Completely”
D. “Microsoft Office Excel cannot display the results because there is not enough memory”.
E. “Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience”.
F. “An unexpected error occurred: Not enough memory available to completethe operation. Close other programs to make more memory available, and then try again”.

What is causing these problems and how can I reolved them?
