Memory leaks?

Office 2003--- the longer I use it the slower it loads. If I do not reboot I
eventualy with get an out of memory message.

Dell Precision Work Station 690
Dual, Dual core processors ( Hyper threading off)
4 gigs of memory
XP Professional SP 2
