memory 'read' error when saving...

I am getting a application error in Excel when saving and
have no clue how to fix the problem or why it is
occuring. The error reads: The instruction
at "0X01000000" referenced memory at "0X01000000". The
memory could not be "read'.

Only option is OK to terminate or cancel to debug.
All changes made to the file are lost.
Using 2000 Professional as OS.

Help!
