memory usage in windows 2003

Hi,

Newly purchased server with 8GB memory, running 32bit Windows 2003 server
std + Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
I included /PAE in boot.ini but my server system properties still showing
4096MB memory.

Any idea? Below is my boot.ini.

Most likely because a 32-bit system cannot possibly address anything
above 4GB.

But you are much more likely to get a competent answer if you post this
in a Windows forum/newsgroup; this is the Microsoft Outlook newsgroup.
