Memory Usage

Hi,

While working in an Access application I see in the Windows Task Manager
that the memory usage is increased every time I open a form and I suppose
that this is normal.
However when subsequently I close the forms I have noticed that the memory
usage is not decreased to the level it was when before I open the forms. Is
this normal?

Windows can cache some recent objects in memory. Notice when you open a
second time, it usually is much faster. If the difference is severe, or
increases while the form is open, there could be a memory leak. Search in
the MSKB for memory leaks for your version.
