Menu Bar - Changed by accident; how do I get it back the way it was?

I am running OSX 10.2.8 and using MS Office for System X.

I accidently clicked on "Word Menus 5.1" under my VIEW menu, turning
off the feature, and now my menu bar is different. The option has
completely disappeared from my VIEW menu. How can I get my menu bar
to go back to the way it was?

Hi Lauren,

From the Tools menu choose Customize.
Select the "menu" item in the customize dialog box then click the Reset
button.
