MENU BAR DISAPPEARED (Office 2007)

After downloading a Windows update and then restarting my computer, I noticed
that my worksheet Menu Bar in both Excel and Word have disappeared! I tried
finding the Toolbar Customization under View and it is not there. How can I
restore the menu bar?
