Menu bar disappeared

Hi,

I am using Visio 2002 Standard and now the menu bar has disappeared.
I have no idea how. I have tried enabling it from Customize ->
Toolbars, but the option cannot be selected. Standard and Formatting
bar are there.

Can anyone please tell what is going on?

Thanks.

I had the same problem in Visio2000 and found the solution in KB285004. I
don't know if it will work with your version.
